As a follow-up to the event "Introduction & debate: Agile, Lean or QRM?", Leon Jetten will elaborate on the principles of QRM process management techniques.
As a Quality Engineer at DAF Trucks, Leon Jetten works with the process improvement method QRM on a daily basis to shorten, flexibilise and optimise process lead times. For this evening, he swaps his position as YKE board member for the role of presenter to give us a glimpse into the fast-paced world of QRM.
What is QRM?
QRM is a process improvement technique that makes organisations faster, more agile and responsive. Time is the crucial KPI within QRM with a positive impact on other KPIs such as quality, overheads and employee satisfaction.
