Technical project management at the Zuida
Description
Would you like to know more about Managing a technically large and complex project? Do you sometimes need to consult with multiple stake-holders in your work or in your projects? How do you gain support and trust for your ideas among your employees and work as a team in one and the same direction? How do you consider multiple stakeholders in your design? Then come to the KIVI NIRIA meeting Technical Project Management at Zuidas Amsterdam.
The evening will be led by project manager ir. F. Snoek together with his colleague ir. M. Starmans. They are responsible for the design of the current dock model of the Zuidas. They will discuss the Ins & Outs of the Zuidas Dock Model, a unique project in the world.
The project is not only unique for the municipality of Amsterdam in terms of technology but also because of the Public Private Partnership, however, this entails a new kind of decision-making process.
SPECIAL FEATURES
After the workshop, there will be an opportunity to chat with a drink in the nearby café.
