YKE Talent Programme - 1.2.
Description
This training is part one of the first YKE talent programme.
As a young engineer, it is important that, in addition to substantive professional knowledge, you know enough about management and how you move within it. The training focuses on personal branding and teaches general skills in profiling, presentation and performance. Areas in which knowledge is necessary to ultimately become successful in your field as, for example, manager or supervisor. How do you interact with your colleagues and/or employees? How do you achieve the best result for yourself and the people around you?
Public speaking.
We take further steps in the areas of self-confidence, self-awareness, and individuality. We tackle this concretely by working on and using voice and physicality. Furthermore, you will learn to use another useful tool to keep yourself upright and get back into a positive 'flow' in any situation where you create a negative self-image and your self-confidence goes down.
It is helpful if you have attended part 1.1 of the talent programme.
