Description
This training is part three of the first YKE talent programme.
As a young engineer, it is important that, in addition to substantive professional knowledge, you know enough about management and how you move within it. The training focuses on personal branding and teaches general skills in profiling, presentation and performance. Areas in which knowledge is necessary to ultimately become successful in your field as, for example, manager or supervisor. How do you interact with your colleagues and/or employees? How do you achieve the best result for yourself and the people around you?
Speaking with impact and pitching
This final session is a double session in which you will apply all your acquired techniques, your increased awareness, and your formulated strategy and bring them together in a personal pitch. You will learn to communicate with individuality and impact during difficult conversations and to present in front of large groups as a motivating and inspiring leader. We will work concretely on carrying power, voice, physicality, energy, connection, truthfulness and personality. You will know which essential components make up a good pitch and we will then record these so that you have a good basis to take further steps with your talents in the field of your personal profiling!
