Start of the Growth and Talent Programme at Young KIVI Engineers!

Young KIVI Engineers (YKE) kicks off the autumn with two inspiring programmes for ambitious engineers: the YKE Growth Programme (on Tuesday 30 September) and the YKE Talent Programme (starts on Tuesday 28 October). Together, they form a unique curriculum for anyone who wants to boost their professional and personal development.

Two pathways, one goal:

The YKE Growth Programme is specially designed for young professionals who want to get a better grip on their professional development. You will take a test to gain insight into where you stand and where you want to go, receive guidance from experienced KIVI coaches and draw up a Personal Development Plan (POP). Successful completion of the YKE Growth Programme will give you access to the YKE Talent Programme;
The YKE Talent Programme focuses on further developing your qualities as an engineer. You will receive five inspiring master classes, focusing on knowledge, skills, leadership, communication and commitment. By working on your personal skills together with a KIVI coach and a Talent Programme buddy, you will reach your dot on the horizon. The YKE Talent Programme concludes with a ceremonial presentation of your certificate.

Together, these programmes provide a powerful link between growth and talent: you not only develop new skills, but also learn how to use them in practice to make an impact.

Master classes and KIVI coaching

During the YKE Talent Programme, you will attend master classes given by top trainers in the field. You will also have access to the KIVI coaching community, where experienced professionals will guide you in achieving your personal goals.

The YKE Growth Programme will help you do just that. You will discover your preferred engineering role, your skills and where you want to grow. You will go home with a concrete development plan, so you can immediately start with your next step. YKE's Growth Programme encourages participants to start drawing up a PDP. With this development plan, participants get a grip on their personal growth. Successful completion of the YKE Growth Programme will give you access to the YKE Talent Programme.

Want to grow but something keeps coming up?

Then the YKE Talent Programme is for you. By working on your growth goals together with a fixed mentor, you will reach the dot on the horizon. The YKE Talent Programme offers an intensive, customised programme in which you define your growth goals with a renowned KIVI coach. Together, you examine what you need to achieve your goals and plan clear milestones. Through five master classes organised annually by YKE, you will strengthen your personal growth.
