YKE wants to draw attention to young engineers. Work is therefore underway on a YKE annual calendar. This way, we not only put the association on the map but also you as a young engineer, by providing the photos with a personal quote that sets you apart. The photos will be taken by a well-known, professional photographer and distributed to other young engineering associations, e.g. Young ASML or VDL. If you would like to contribute to this, read on!

YKE wants to put young engineers back on the map. To do this in a refreshing and new way, we will distribute an annual calendar among our fellow young engineering associations, such as Young ASML and Young VDL. To give the calendar a personal touch, the annual calendar will feature photos of our YKE members with a quote that characterises you as a YKE'er. This way, we not only put the association on the map, but also you as a young engineer, a real win-win.

A shoot day will be organised where you will be assigned to a part of the day: a morning (from 10.00-13.00) or afternoon (14.00-17.00). For each participant, the photographer will take ample time to get to know you so that you will look your best in the photo. A group photo will be taken during the collective lunch (13.00-14.00 hrs) (morning and afternoon participants will be together). The photos will be taken by a well-known, professional photographer, Eddie Mol, and distributed to other young engineering associations, think Young ASML or Young VDL.

  • incl. lunch
  • the costs of the photos are for YKE, but you may use them for your own social media*
  • the shoot will preferably be scheduled on a weekend day
  • dress code: business casual, so no jeans. (Brightly) coloured shirts, ties, suits, trousers, shoes and socks are warmly encouraged!
  • possible shoot dates: 10 December, 16 December
  • registration closes on 5 December
