KIVI Region Limburg is organising a social activity consisting of a walk through the beautiful nature in the Leudal (natura 2000 area) Haelen-Nunhem. Apart from its nature, the Leudal is also interesting for its two Watermills in the Leubeek, Sint Elisabethmolen and Sint Ursulamolen(Leumolen).

Technique on Green Energy.
Elisabethmolen is back in operation since 8 October supplies power to Restaurant. Friday, February 13, DC alternator was running at full power about 11 kW with voltage 500 V 3x 15 A. Yield depends on supply of water quantity Tungelroyse Beek from Hamont (Belgian Limburg).

We meet in front of the entrance of Bezoekers Centrum Leudal. After this, we will take a 1½ to 2-hour walk through Leudal.
After returning to restaurant Elisabethhof, we can network while enjoying soup with bread (included in the price).

Registration is possible until 8 March.
Good walking shoes are recommended for this walk. By the way, the terrain is generally flat.
