Despite strong economic headwinds, the housing sector is heading for a drastic reduction in building-related energy. This energy saving is for the sake of the climate by reducing CO2 emissions, but also to slow down ever-rising energy costs. In addition, the changing climate with hot peaks in summer and the trend towards cooling is driving for more pleasant homes in summer. That challenge and the frame of mind that goes with it will be covered in the presentation. Then, using project examples, various typical technical solutions will be discussed. Finally, there will be plenty of room to discuss the content with the audience
