It is often difficult to give good feedback. Timing, tone, finding the right words and then also being constructive.
Many people try very hard, but still get stuck somewhere. If they even dare to confront or make contact!

This workshop teaches a number of rules for giving feedback in the right way.

You want to get rid of the hesitation and not giving feedback. You want to say what you think for once. And to do so in a way that is enjoyable. In which people get and experience the space to properly receive your feedback.
Many people unconsciously choose not to seek out that situation. Because who knows, things might go wrong. But actually, of course, they want something completely different.
