Methodical project management according to PRINCE2® allows you to clearly define the desired benefits and quality in advance. In addition, this methodology helps you to determine to continue, modify or stop the project.
In this short evening session, we will interactively work on success factors for good projects. From a self-created list of project management tools, we form an approach that will lead to more successful projects.
We then translate this general approach into a clear organisational structure and division of roles during the lifetime of our fictitious innovation project. With this, it quickly becomes clear that for every innovation there will be intensive cooperation between Marketing, Engineering, Production and Service.
The division of roles within project management is evident. That is why on this evening we will specially focus on the responsibilities before, during and after the conclusion of projects. Project leadership and putting together the right portfolio deserves a special place in every organisation.
The evening will be led by Edward van Kempen; an experienced project manager, trainer and coach for projects in various industries, with an emphasis on mechanical engineering and automation
