Sonneborgh observatory visit and AGM
Description
The Utrecht region will hold its annual meeting at the Sonneborgh in Utrecht (Sterrenwacht in Utrecht).
The building will open at 19.00 hrs. At 19.30 you will get a small tour of the building. In clear weather, perhaps an opportunity to take a look at the stars as well.
The annual meeting will start at 20.30 in the lecture hall. Which we will conclude around 21.30 after a round table with some discussion. In a cosy ambiance near the Observatory, there will be an opportunity to exchange views informally with the board, to network, while enjoying a snack and a drink. The event will last until around 10.30 p.m.
After registering, you will receive confirmation and directions about a week beforehand. The documents for the annual meeting can be downloaded from the KIVI NIRIA website shortly
