We hereby invite for a company visit to temporary employment agency Otto Workforce in Venray. Otto has found a solution in the current and future shortage of personnel.
OTTO Work Force, the largest international employment agency in the Netherlands, is a temporary employment agency specialised in recruiting and placing Slovak, Czech and Polish temporary workers. OTTO sends out 10,000 mainly Polish temporary workers every day as logistics staff, production staff and technical staff.
This meeting will explain to us how Otto's organisation works and how the recruitment and selection of (foreign) temporary workers is done. How accommodation and transport is arranged. What facilities there are for spending free time. How contacts with the various authorities are arranged (e.g. health insurance, sick pay, taxes, etc). Mr Frank van Gool, CEO of Otto Workforce and well-known from radio and TV, will give a presentation on the company. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and we can chat some more over a drink
