Walking dinner Roermond
Description
After the successes of recent years in Venlo, Weert and Maaseik, we now return to the place where it all began. 9 years ago, we held our first walking dinner in Roermond. That was such a success that we want to repeat it again after so many years. In short, if you want to spend an evening enjoying the many cultural and culinary highlights that Roermond has to offer, this is the opportunity. Of course all this in combination with the exchange of contacts and experiences with your fellow engineers.
18.30 city walk through the inner city of Roermond
19.00 starter at restaurant "Het Gesprek".

1B. Cocktail of Dutch and Norwegian prawns with cocktail sauce
1C. Caprese salad, tomato with mozarella
19:45 Continued walk
20:15 Main course at restaurant L'Union.

2A. Limburg pork tenderloin with calvados sauce and baked apples
2B. Cod fillet wrapped with Limburg ham and hollandaise sauce
2C. Grandmother's game stew with pear and leek stew simmered in red wine
2D. Tartlet of puff pastry and spinach with courgette, cherry tomatoes and gorgonzola sauce (v)
9.15pm Continued walk
9.45pm Dessert at Theaterhotel de Oranjerie.

3A. Trio of sorbet ice cream: lychee sorbet with pineapple, mango sorbet with strawberry and forest fruit sorbet with pear
3B. Pastry of butter cake, caramel and chocolate with butterscotch ice cream and vanilla foam
3C. Triptych of Tiramisu: mousse, ice cream and cake.

This concerns, for example, participants who have difficulty walking or are in a wheelchair, are vegetarians and whether food intolerances and/or food allergies need to be taken into account
From 6.30pm city walk through the inner city of Roermond accompanied by a VVV guide with stops at 3 restaurants for our self-composed dinner.
