Description

4D Leadership: Can it be a little more spirituality (SQ)?

Would you like to deepen/broaden your leadership skills?
Then this is the evening for you. Because this evening is entirely focused on what is described from practice (current leaders) and society as 'desired' and 'badly needed' with regard to good leadership. More and more often, both in theory and in practice, it appears that the right form of leadership for now and in the future consists of leading from the four human dimensions 'head' (IQ), 'body' (FQ), 'heart' (EQ) and 'soul' (SQ) instead of only from the head (as is often done so far).
These four dimensions are also represented as Vision (head), Discipline (body), Passion (heart) and Conscience (soul). Good leaders, in managing themselves and others, will need to be able to properly balance these four human dimensions. Current successful leaders claim it and apply it, Leadership gurus talk and write about it, respected and highly regarded courses like Nijenrode University and INSEAD train in it.
And you can attend now! The aim of this evening is for attendees to learn to recognise the right attributes of these four dimensions 10- FQ, EQ and SQ, both in themselves and others and to be able to balance them. You will learn to develop and apply Personal Leadership!
