Description

A unique hydrological plan is being implemented in Overijssel. Under the name 'De Doorbraak', a 13-kilometre-long stream will be constructed. The construction of the stream is necessary to give the water in Twente more space, to prevent flooding and dehydration and to create an ecological connection between northeast Twente and the Sallandse Heuvelrug.
A maximum of 20 interested parties are invited to come and see the current state of affairs in and around the information centre just outside Bornerbroek.
