Description

Fokker Aerostructures develops, designs and manufactures lightweight products and systems for the civil and military aerospace and defence markets. Examples include: wing leading edges Airbus A380, rudders Gulfstream G5 and G6, avionic casings Apache helicopter, engine frames Ariane 5 rocket, doors and ailerons F35, engine parts Pratt & Whitney, missile casings (canisters). The Hoogeveen site has a number of unique technology spearheads: thermoplastic composites, composite winding and titanium machining.
Fokker Aerostructures has main locations in Hoogeveen and Papendrecht. Fokker Aerostructures is part of Fokker Technologies, a group with 4,000 employees worldwide.
