New year meeting at Stork Thermeq

The East Region Board cordially invites its members to the New Year's Meeting on Wednesday 13 January 2016. This time, we will be guests of Stork Thermeq in Hengelo.
Stork Thermeq, global supplier of degassers, burners and boiler parts and boiler service company in the Benelux, moved out of the centre of Hengelo to the Kanaal Zone on the Twente Canal at the end of 2014. At the new site, the huge degassers can be shipped directly from the production hall into the ship. Transport no longer needs to be by road right through the centre of Hengelo. The new building on a 4.3-hectare site consists of an office of around 4,000 m2 and eight production halls covering 16,000 m2.
We are guests of this beautiful new building, where we are of course given an extensive tour of the production halls. There will also be an interesting lecture on a new development by Stork Thermeq called mini-STEG. That is a small-scale steam and gas plant, in which electricity is generated with a combination of a gas turbine and a steam turbine.
Naturally, there will be ample opportunity to make contacts and raise a glass to the new year!
