New Year Meeting North Region
Description
On 17 January 2013, Water Alliance, in cooperation with several of its members, is organising the WaterLink symposium at the WTC in Leeuwarden. The Water Alliance Foundation bundles public and private market parties, governments and knowledge institutions around water technology in the Netherlands. It is a decisive network and has a unique knowledge position in the field of sustainable and innovative water technology.
Water Alliance invites KiviNiria to take part in this in combination with the annual New Year's Meeting of KiviNiria Region North .
During the programme of WaterLink, which starts at 12.00, innovative content is interspersed with moments of relaxation. There will be a full plenary programme, the opportunity to participate in the exhibition floor, opportunities to meet interesting partners and several themed workshops. Water Alliance expects to welcome more than 100 participants during this inspiring day! The afternoon will end with a Dinner Buffet.
For KiviNiria members, this afternoon is an excellent opportunity to get acquainted with various current themes and the partners who are working on them in innovative ways. It also offers KiviNiria the opportunity to present itself as a network of Engineers to these parties. In short, an excellent afternoon for networking. KiviNiria Noord will organise a series of activities on cooperation with Water Alliance in 2013.
KiviNiria will toast to the new year during its private New Year's meeting from 15:30 to 16:15. We would like to look back at the past year with you and look ahead into the new year. There will be plenty of opportunity to catch up with each other. From 16.30 to 17.15, you can then move on to the next sessions. Please see the attached WaterLink programme.
KiviNiria Noord would like to cordially invite you to participate in WaterLink, in our New Year's meeting and in the sessions offered afterwards. There are no costs for participation.

A lesson in positive thinking:
Theatrical programme on rethinking and change.
Everywhere people work and live, they experience problems. Things are not going the way you expected, you were doing so well and then a problem just 'flies in', your employees hit the brakes, the boss is being difficult again, suddenly you find yourself in a traffic jam... What is our reaction? We quickly shoot into 'yes-but-mode'. Yes-but it can't be done, yes-but it's not allowed, yes-but what will it cost us! What is the consequence? Irritation, stagnation, regression.
The Yes-But Omdenkshow is an interactive, inspiring and humorous programme, which penetratingly and inescapably shows the difference between these ways of looking and thinking and irrefutably demonstrates the benefits of omden thinking: innovation, creativity and inspiration.
