On Tuesday 17 September, we will visit the Vriezenveen Defence Complex. The Vriezenveen Defence Complex is a former US NATO military equipment storage site during the Cold War. Since 2004, the complex has served as a depot for surplus Defence equipment stored here awaiting sale. In addition to storage, maintenance is carried out on the equipment to deliver it in the desired condition. Among other things, deliveries of military equipment to Ukraine take place from this location.

Visitors are expected to come to the defence complex on their own.
