Description

Encouraged by the success of the 'Buying your first house' meeting, the idea arose that your last house might also deserve some extra attention. Not acquiring, but rather leaving a house behind should be the topic here.

Especially for our Senior members, we have therefore set up an entirely new meeting together with Rabobank, in which we address questions that will play a role precisely at the end of your (working) life. For example:

- Age limits for a new mortgage
- Interest deduction after retirement
- Opeet mortgage as a supplementary pension
- When is renting an interesting alternative?
- A house as an inheritance: Lust or burden for the children?
- A house as a gift with retention of usufruct
- Characteristics and price levels of a senior citizen's home
- Neighbourhoods of interest to senior citizens in the region
- Possible pitfalls
- Smartly transfer excess value to the children
- Helping children buy their own home

After the interactive presentations by Rabobank, a notary and a real estate agent, there will be an opportunity to discuss possible personal questions in a small circle.
The evening will conclude with networking drinks.
