As a graduate, you experienced what it is like to study at the Mechanical Engineering course at NHL University of Applied Sciences in Leeuwarden. How was the transition from study to practice? Did you miss anything or just the opposite? What developments have there been in the field? How can the STEM study programme fit in with this as well as possible? And what do you think a student who has studied mechanical engineering really needs to be able to do? Have presentation skills become more important in recent years, or should the student be able to write a good report? How important are social skills?

We want to discuss this with you and your former fellow students in an informal setting. Perhaps you yourself are looking for new contacts and/or to expand your network. Perhaps you have an interest in trainees or would like to contribute structurally to educational development. Perhaps you would like to make the transition to teaching. Another idea/need? We would love to hear it!

We will conclude with drinks!
