In 2021, the then board launched a campaign to find new board members. This resulted in the appointment of 2 new board members at the general membership meeting on 20 May 2022.

In 2021, the then board launched a campaign to find new board members. As a result, at the general meeting of 20 May 2022, 2 new board members were appointed.
- Gerrit van Bruggen joins as board member.
- Arnold Boer takes over the chairmanship from Gijs Breedveld, and also becomes a member of the KIVI Members' Council.
Together with Dirk van Oerle, who holds the position of treasurer, they form the new board. Former chairman Gijs Breedveld will remain involved in the board for the time being to ensure a good transfer of tasks, contacts and knowledge. The new board sets itself the following goals:
- Restarting the organisation of activities (after the corona period).
- Informing members about technical and social developments in education and business.
- Organising interesting company visits, lectures and conferences.
- Facilitating networking for members.
- Maintaining contacts between companies, education and KIVI.
- Ensuring continuity of the board and the association.
- Finding new ways to involve young engineers in the association.
Dirk van Oerle has indicated that his position may also be filled by someone else. In addition, the board could use some new blood just fine. For more information, please contact Arnold Boer (chairman, 06-24499722).
