Have you ever wondered what it is like to be a woman at the top? Are you also curious how a CFO with a technical background gets to this position? The month of March is all about top women. Therefore, KIVI Students Eindhoven cordially invites all students to a lecture by CFO top woman Thessa Menssen, who can tell all about her studies, career path and her current job. She will share her experiences and possible tips on how you yourself, in the future, can reach the top.
March's CFO is ir Thessa Menssen. A business and mechanical engineer, she eventually joined BAM, one of the Netherlands' best-known contractors and construction companies, as CFO in 2012. Before that, she was, among other things, COO and CFO at Rotterdam Harbor, was on the supervisory board of Post NL and Vitens and held various positions at Unilever.

The KIVI Students lecture will be concluded with a Q&A session and convivial drinks in the Voorhof, made possible by the TU/e Executive Board.

Have you ever wondered what it is like to be at the top of a company as a woman? Are you also curious on how someone with a technical background reaches a CFO position? In March 2015, we as KIVI Students Eindhoven would aim to highlight the most powerful women in the Dutch technical industry. Therefore we invite you to join the CFO-lecture with Thessa Menssen where she will tell us more about her studies, her career path and her current job. She will share her experiences and provide with some tips on how we, someday, could reach the top!
Thessa Menssen has a background in industrial and mechanical engineering and achieved an executive position in 2012 at BAM, one of the Dutch leading contracting and building companies. In the past, Thessa worked as COO and CFO at the Port of Rotterdam, was part of the supervisory board of both Post NL and Vitens and occupied several positions at Unilever.
