Introduction
Workload management for managers is all about tackling your workload yourself and coaching your employees on how to manage their workload.
Target group
Managers with a team, preferably of 3 or more employees. Executives of an SME company.
The trainer
Margot Dijker has been providing skills training, such as management skills, communication and commercial skills to Phillips and Rabobank, among others, as a trainer since 1999.
