Behaviour, Personality & Communication
Engineering is also a people business. Professional knowledge and experience are only useful if you know how to communicate it to your colleagues, customers or suppliers. The following questions will be discussed:
- How are people put together?
- How well do I know myself?
- How well am I aware of my behaviour and communication?
In this workshop, we will start with (self)awareness of behaviour and human interaction.
The workshop will be given by Joost Assink of USG Innotiv and is organised in cooperation with the study associations Astatine and Alembic
