Networking
Description
Networking is an important social skill that we don't get taught anywhere in training. Some are naturally proficient, others find it difficult. In a collaborative economy, networking is not reserved for entrepreneurs, directors and salespeople. Networking is also indispensable for people in technical positions. And ultimately it helps everyone who ever needs to look around for a new job.
This interactive workshop is ideally suited for engineers and engineering students. Questions to be addressed include:
- How do you create a good working network?
- How do you create your own yellow pages?
- How do you put yourself on someone else's brain list?
