The World of the Other
Description
This workshop, organised by KIVI NIRIA Students Twente in collaboration with Bedrijvendagen Twente, is all about preferences we have for interacting with the world around us.
This starts with the senses: Some individuals are very visually oriented, while others rely more on hearing or smell. At the level of personality and perception, this relates to processes such as very detailed versus very global perception and interpretation.
From a logical classification of these systems given in the workshop, you will discover those of yourself and those of 'the other'.
More insight into this can help you get better into 'The world of the other', from where you understand someone better and also have more tools at your disposal to influence them. It can therefore help you in practical situations that you encounter every day, in which you want to achieve better communication or convince someone of your idea or product.
This workshop is part of the Bedrijvendagen Twente training programme.
