Unveiling of the new KIVI logo
Description
The Royal Institute of Engineers KIVI NIRIA will continue under the name KIVI (Royal Institute of Engineers) from 1 January 2014. Because of this name change, a call was made for input on a new logo and pay-off for the association. Some 300 entries were received!
A jury, consisting of members of the bureau and the Executive Board, considered the entries and made a choice.
The winning logo will be announced during a festive meeting at the University of Twente on Monday 11 November. The winner/winner will study Industrial Design at the University of Twente. He or she will be rewarded with an iPad, in addition to free memberships.
Micaela dos Ramos, director of KIVI NIRIA, will unveil the winning design. Then Joliene Brouwer, Chief Executive Officer, will present the prizes.
The official part will take place at
building De Horst, room HT 1100 and
starts at 4.30pm.
Afterwards, there will be a cosy drink
in the Daedalus/Newton drinks cellar.
