As a starter in the job market, many unfamiliar things come your way. The same goes for buying a house, for example. All things that will determine a large part of the rest of your life and that you will have to think about very carefully. KIVI NIRIA would like to help you with this and provide you with good advice.

KIVI NIRIA Students Twente therefore organises, in cooperation with Rabobank Enschede-Haaksbergen, an activity that is certainly not only intended for students, but also for others who might be taking such a step soon.
During this meeting, which will also be attended by a notary and a real estate agent, you will be told about the in's and out's regarding mortgages

The programme for this evening is as follows:

6.30 pm
Walk-in with coffee and tea

7.00 pm
Short welcome by KIVI NIRIA

19.10 am
- Presentation by an estate agent about buying a house and possible pitfalls
- Presentation by a notary about the usefulness and working methods of a notary
- Presentation by a mortgage adviser about financing options with calculation examples

Afterwards, there will of course be ample opportunity to ask questions to the speakers and to talk afterwards over a drink and a snack.
