With the authorisation form you authorise the Royal Institute of Engineers (KIVI) to debit the annual membership fee automatically from your account until further notice.

You have the choice of paying the membership fee in one payment or in ten payments. Read the conditions below.

Pay by direct debit in one go

  • The subscription amount is debited in one go in the third week of January.
  • If the amount cannot be debited, or is reversed, a new attempt will be made in April.
  • The authorisation is issued until revocation. If you wish to withdraw the authorisation, you can do so by sending an e-mail to the membership administration.
  • Membership is entered into for one calendar year. Cancellation can be done before 1 December 2026. Cancellation of an automatic direct debit does not cancel the payment obligation.

  • The subscription amount is debited in ten instalments in the months of January to October.
  • If the amount cannot be debited, or is reversed, a new attempt will be made.
  • The authorisation is issued until revocation. If you wish to withdraw the authorisation, you can do so by sending an e-mail to the membership administration.
  • Membership is for one calendar year. Cancellation can be done before 1 December 2026. Cancellation of an automatic direct debit does not cancel the payment obligation.
