Complaints procedure for KIVI members
KIVI wishes a healthy and safe climate for everyone involved in the association, in whatever capacity or function. The KIVI Internal Complaints Procedure is intended to offer KIVI members a process for raising undesirable or transgressive behaviour by a fellow member in an accessible way. In which all parties feel they are taken seriously and heard, and where the aim is to arrive at a solution supported by those involved and the association. In other words, every member: ordinary, advisory, (main) board, committee, member council member, i.e. independent of role, function or position in the association, should feel free and confident to appeal to this procedure.
The KIVI Internal Complaints Procedure describes the formal procedure, with further explanation or clarification of each article where necessary. The annex contains a more detailed description of the various stages that a complaints procedure can go through. Also who (may) be involved and what their role and position is.
