Promotional materials

Are you organising a department event or will your department be attending a trade fair? If so, don’t forget to bring banners and/or promotional materials with you. To ensure a consistent and professional image, it is important that we all use the same materials. You should therefore not have promotional materials printed yourself.

Why promotional material?
Promotional material plays a key role in KIVI’s visibility and brand recognition. It ensures that we present ourselves professionally and consistently at trade fairs, events and department activities.

Printed matter

KIVI has a stock of printed materials in Dutch and English, including brochures, envelopes, stationery and copies of De Ingenieur. We can also assist with the design and ordering of business cards in line with the KIVI corporate identity.

Borrowing KIVI Materials
If you need an exhibition stand, flag, displays or a roll-up banner, please let your Department Coordinator or the Communications Department know via communicatie@kivi.nl. Exhibition stands, as well as banners and flags, must be collected by the user(s) themselves and returned as soon as possible. Please book your materials in advance. There is no charge for the use of these materials. For further information, please refer to the promotional booklet.
