Registration Form EngD 

You have landed on the registration page for the KIVI EngD Award 2025. Here, you can apply by providing your details and submitting an abstract of your thesis in order to take part in the very first edition of the competition. ​

You are eligible when you graduate in 2025. We might contact you later if the jury needs your full thesis for assessment. We will have the option to work with an NDA with the individual jury members if your project partner requires this. Note that during the Award Ceremony, a pitch is expected. ​

You can register until the 7th of November and will be contacted during the course of this month about further details. 

Award

The Award Ceremony itself will take place in the afternoon on Tuesday, 2nd of December from 15:00 onwards at the KIVI Headquarter – Prinsessegracht 23 in The Hague (very well reachable with public transport). Make sure that you are available that day when applying for the competition.
