Board day February 2026
This steering day is an important follow-up moment. The socially urgent projects have started, themes have been chosen and the first steps have been taken. Now it is time to continue building together, accelerating and strengthening each other. For this, the boards and their teams are indispensable.
Why this meeting is important
During this afternoon, we want to show you how we, as a bureau, and the boards can find and support each other better, substantively, organisationally and digitally. We will take you through
- the possibilities of the KIVI platform and online community.
- how web functionalities help member retention, visibility and cooperation.
- sharing and learning from examples of impactful projects and ongoing activities of various departments.
- working together on societal issues through chosen projects within the vision and strategy cluster.
The four clusters:

- Peace and Security
The aim is not only to inform, but above all to inspire and activate. We show what can be done, share examples, and give space to experience and ask questions yourself. We also get to work in the four project groups.

Growing together with KIVI
KIVI stands or falls with active, engaged members. By working together, across departments and in close cooperation with the bureau, we can:
- further strengthen our societal role
- Position KIVI more visibly as an independent and expert platform
- better involve and retain members
- and work together on projects with real impact
The aim of the afternoon is clear: strengthen each other, reduce workload and make more social impact together.
