The Impossible Dream - AI training for charity
Master class information
Masterclass information
What if learning about AI not only helped you further, but also contributed directly to curing children with cancer? That is the starting point of The Impossible Dream.
This initiative combines AI literacy with fundraising for the Princess Máxima Centre. By participating in a training course, you increase your knowledge of artificial intelligence while supporting research and care for children with cancer.
During these interactive AI training courses, one goal is central: using technology for social impact. Participants learn what AI is, how it works and especially how it can be applied in a practical, responsible way in work and daily life.
AI training with impact
These training sessions are designed to familiarise as many people as possible with AI in a short period of time. At the same time, each participant makes a direct contribution to the Princess Máxima Centre. Learning and helping go hand in hand here.
The Basics of AI (Monday & Tuesday)
What does AI mean for you as a professional or student? How do tools like ChatGPT work? And how can you use them to work more efficiently and smartly? During these sessions, the foundation will be laid. Participants will learn what AI can and cannot do, how to get better results with clear instructions and how to use AI consciously and safely.
AI & Marketing (Wednesday & Thursday)
How can AI help with communication, content and campaigns? In these training sessions, participants will discover how AI supports creative processes, helps develop ideas and saves time in marketing tasks. The focus is on practical applications that can be used immediately within organisations and enterprises.
Building Custom GPTs (Friday)
During this in-depth session, participants will learn how to create their own AI assistant. What is a Custom GPT? How do you set it up for your operations? And how can you translate knowledge and fixed processes into a digital assistant? The focus here is on smart organisation of work using AI.
Why this action?
The initiative was set up by Caesar Schoorl (21), with a clear goal: to make 1,000 people more AI-capable in five days while also raising money for the Prinses Máxima Centre.
In the Netherlands, hundreds of children get cancer every year. The Princess Máxima Centre works every day to provide better treatments and cures. Organising AI training courses not only spreads knowledge, but also provides financial support for this important work. Strengthening AI literacy while contributing to life-saving research - that is the core of this action.
