Description

Mastering changes in machine and equipment construction
Far-reaching digitalisation, robotisation, 3D printing and changing customer requirements are creating new production opportunities and revenue models, such as servitisation. But this requires a change in the mindset of Dutch machinery and equipment manufacturing. After all, how future-proof are the traditional revenue models in mechanical engineering? How do we respond to them? Or how do we ensure that we bring about this disruption?

Without a doubt, the sector will be surprised by disruptive developments. Indeed, over the past decades, we have witnessed several times how disruptive developments toppled or even made entire industries obsolete. For our own business, each of us has our own view on this. To be able to implement necessary changes faster, it is good to sharpen these visions and share them with industry peers in open dialogue.

Getting started with new earning models

Dutch mechanical engineering knows it has to get to work with 'Smart Industry concepts'. That is why we want to join you in discussions to take control of changes and translate new techniques in the market into concrete earning models for mechanical engineering.
