Security in NL, USA and Ivory Coast
Description
This evening, Wim Grim shares his experiences of working and staying in different countries. For the multinational he works for, he spent 11 months in the USA and 6 months in the Ivory Coast as a facilitator introducing a safety process.
This safety process focuses on observing each other and discussing the observation with each other. There will be a brief discussion about this behavioural influence process, its purpose and how it works.
He will share his experience and vision and talk about the differences in these countries with those of the Netherlands and provide some background information on Côte d'Ivoire.
Using Geert Hofstede's Theory on Culture, a number of differences will be discussed that may or may not affect the introduction of this safety process.
In addition, he will talk a little about his experiences and vision of life in these countries
