Description
In addition to the New Year's reception of the Alkmaar region, a lecture on the future of the steel industry after the Paris climate agreement.
In the reduction process of iron ore to pig iron, carbon is unavoidable for the time being. CO2 is therefore released in the process. Under the title 'sustainable steel' influence of global warming on the steel industry will be discussed.
