A special word of welcome from Joanne Meyboom, President KIVI

From the KIVI Newsletter of 26 October 2021:

The end of the year is in sight and that is often a peak in busyness within the association. Many events but also expansions announce themselves. Therefore, on behalf of the Executive Board and the KIVI team, I would like to welcome our new KIVI Circle Caribbean. The KIVI Circle Caribbean started on the beautiful island of Aruba, with the aim of creating a broader network and transferring knowledge to our KIVI members in the Caribbean. They will enjoy organising webinars, lectures and substantive events, among other things. With the knowledge and expertise of engineers like our members, the Circle wants to support knowledge sharing and contribute to a higher quality of life on the islands in the Caribbean (Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao), among other things. Through good contact and the sharing of experience and expertise with other departments and circles of our association, we hope that nice collaborations and good ties will emerge. Keep an eye on the KIVI website for more information.

We wish them every success and look forward to the first activities and developments.
Let's learn from each other and, once again, welcome!

Joanne Meyboom, President KIVI
