Description

Damen Shiprepair Rotterdam has had the vision to use the smart data management software package, Shipbuilder, for the complex conversion of an FPSO. In the lecture, Marc Derks, senior project manager at DSR (Damen Shiprepair Rotterdam B.V.) will paint a picture of the scope and complexity of such a conversion, what types of data management issues arise within a project organisation and what the final results of choosing Shipbuilder are.

Geert Schouten, director at ICT Strategie, will talk about how it is possible to successfully manage extremely large amounts of data with users from many disciplines without getting lost in e-mails, spreadsheets and all kinds of databases.
