Hydraulic engineering projects under the microscope
Description
On 19 January 2015, the KIVI Kring Drechtsteden is organising a lecture
by John Stam of Waterschap Hollandse Delta in Ridderkerk. John has been working here as a consultant and project manager on hydraulic engineering projects since 2007.
His lecture will focus on a project of 4 dyke sections and engineering structures, some of which include inner dyke reinforcement.
This will cover the settlements, cables and pipes, contract forms, guarantee provisions, etc.
It will also focus on Natura 2000 and cooperation with the stakeholder the Municipality of Dordrecht.
