Which success factors now really increase the success rate of projects?

The success rate of ICT projects, despite decades of experience and many methodologies, has only marginally improved over the years. Often with major consequences for lead times and costs. This presentation will explain an alternative way of managing projects. A way that does not focus primarily on risk management but focuses on success factors. What factors are these, why do they recur in almost all projects and how can they be managed.
