All there is to know about CO2
By special request: a comprehensive overview of the role of CO2! How does CO2 and how does it work in the atmosphere, what exactly happens.
Many talk about CO2, the dangers, the catastrophe if we do nothing. But hardly anyone has ever bothered to find out what is going on now and what is actually taking place.
The lecture by ir Theo Wolters covers the following topics, among others:
- CO2 in the geological and biological past
- The CO2 cycle; concentrations and (chemical) equilibriums
- Physical effect ofCO2 on IR radiation; saturation of the IR spectrum
- Influence of CO2 on climate
- The (weak!) scientific basis for the claimed lead role of CO2 in climate

Ir. Wolters graduated from Delft University of Technology as an Industrial Designer. Wolters is co-owner and founder of the design agency 'the Fabrique Invent' in Delft. Wolters was asked to give a lecture on the Kyoto Climate Protocol in 2007. Until then, he assumed that all reporting on climate was in order. But while preparing for that lecture, he found out that figures were being manipulated on a large scale, even by well-known institutes. From then on, Wolters started to look more and more into issues related to climate change, CO2, IPCC and political deception.
The drinks will start at 18:00 and the meal will follow punctually at 19:00, after which the lecture can start at 20:00.
