Description

Early Thursday morning, 2 November departure by very comfortable Business Class Bus to Bremen (Airbus A-350 wing production and the Condor / Focke-Wulf Fw 200 restoration project about 2pm-4pm), guided tour by Mr Niehoff, also involved in the Condor project).
Late afternoon to Braunschweig, hotel and dinner.

Friday morning 3 November to DLR Braunschweig (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt) until about noon. After lunch on to Nordhausen to visit the Dora Mittelbau Museum in the Harz Mountains (WW2).
Early evening towards Dessau-Rosslau, hotel and dinner.

Saturday morning 4 November first to the Technik Museum "Hugo Junkers" in Dessau (something to do with Anthony Fokker). Then
to Berlin for a visit to the Militär Historisches Museum Berlin-Gatow and lunch. In the afternoon after 2pm appointment Luftfahrttechnisches Museum Rechlin for extensive tour of this historic field. Depending on time and possibility brief visit to Parchim airfield.
In the evening stay at Hotel Schwerin and dinner. Possible preliminary visit Anthony Fokker related business.

Sunday morning 5 November visit to the two very old Fokker Halls (WW1)! The municipality of Schwerin has been informed. After noon return to the Netherlands.

Guide price KIVI members €675, non-members €725: Cost of trip and organisation based on 20 people.
All participants 1p room with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Max number of persons 20 (bus capacity = larger): explicit request Airbus and DLR. Participation only final after payment to KIVI.
