Pal-V Liberty, the first flying car

After the successful test programmes of the test vehicles in 2009 and 2012, PAL-V has started designing the commercial products.
PAL-V is entering an exciting new phase in the further growth of the company, namely delivering the first products to customers. While concepts of other flying car manufacturers, in many cases require modified regulations and are very often based on technologies that do not yet exist, PAL-V has deliberately chosen to design and build a flying car based on proven technologies and also completely within existing regulations. This leads to an expected delivery date that is very close and also realistic.

About PAL-V
PAL-V International B.V., the company that initiated the development of the PAL-V Liberty, is based in Raamsdonksveer, the Netherlands. The company was founded in 2007, to commercialise the 1999 concept idea. The board consists of a team of experienced Dutch entrepreneurs, with expertise in aviation, automotive, research and marketing. Testing of the proof of concept vehicle, for driving in 2008/2009 and for combination driving and flying in 2011/2012, proved its technical feasibility and certifiability within existing regulations. The company is funded by a group of professional and private investors and also received financial support from the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs.
