The Asset Management & Maintenance Department will organise a series of online sessions covering aspects in the field of technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings in 2022.
The themes for this year will focus on "what can" and "what should". Technical, social and societal impact of relevant developments and compliance with Laws and Regulations in TBO in buildings will be addressed.
The sessions will be recorded in the time block from 16:30 to 18:00 so that people can watch them again via the KIVI website. The sheets will also be shared in pdf via the KIVI website. After 18:00, there will be an opportunity to talk digitally until 18:30.
Wednesday 7 December 2022 For the2nd time, we will pay attention to the topic of Configuration Management (CM2) in technical management and maintenance in buildings.
In the previous session, we mainly covered theory. In this webinar, we take you through a concrete case study of installing a new air conditioning system. We will start with a brief resumé of CM2's process infrastructure model, and then go through each step in this case study. The aim of this webinar is to show participants that a structured process approach prevents many mistakes.
Aart de Jong will host the webinar on behalf of the Asset Management & Maintenance Department.
Rob Reefman, Consultant Configuration Management (see Rob J B Reefman | LinkedIn) and author of the recently published book "Configuration Management, change without chaos" (see also Configuration Management) will provide further explanation and answer questions posed if necessary. Especially now, there is plenty of room for questions and interaction!
