The Asset Management & Maintenance Department is organising the lunch webinar "Data-driven asset management Vitens" on Thursday 11 April from 12:00-13:00 via MS Teams.
During this webinar, Policy Advisor François van Ekkendonk of Vitens briefly discusses the road to 2030 that this asset owner has mapped out. Vitens is responsible for the management and maintenance of the largest drinking water network in the Netherlands. What is the vision and what does the route look like to continue ensuring reliability and availability of these critical assets?
Erwin de Witt, senior consultant at MaxGrip, then discusses the practice where MaxGrip is supporting Vitens in a pilot. This project makes, data-driven, the criticality of assets transparent. How do you arrive at a methodology for determining which assets are critical and which are not? The webinar briefly covers:
- Vision 2030 and developments through the lens of Vitens
- Translation into practice for asset management
- Reflection on the pilot and follow-up steps
During this webinar, there will be plenty of room for questions and interactive participation. Celeste Schouten is a board member of the KIVI Asset Management & Maintenance department, she will provide the introduction and guidance for this webinar.
Participation is free of charge.
