Description

Extraordinary esteemed Maintenance member,

Admittedly with a "hopscotch-jump" you have hopefully included 30 May in your diary as an important day.
The board has been able to compose a, hopefully also for YOU, fascinating programme.

Maintenance value! Or make maintenance "Boardroom ready":

The Maintenance business case often turns out to be a difficult one to get the attention of higher management. Do you notice that Maintenance is still seen as a cost item at the bottom of the profit and loss account instead of an opportunity to save costs and increase returns? You know better than anyone else that, with the right resources, large profits can be made from preventive maintenance, but how can you properly demonstrate which priorities which asset has and which costs can be saved and/or which profits can be made as a result?
At MaxGrip, we convert risks into monetary amounts on a daily basis. They will gladly show you, partly based on practical cases, how to set up a good business case in a short time.

General Assembly:

As this is our first ALV, we have an extremely modest agenda, in which we look back and, above all, would like to exchange views with you on how to proceed. Hence the agenda:

1. Opening
2. Setting agenda
3. Brief review of the past 3 years
4. Plans for the future
5. Any other business
6. Closing

Greenfields: Asset Management from design and during construction:

Maintenance and reliabilty start already at the design stage of an asset. Building an installation is one step, but maintaining and managing it is just as important. For an investor, life cycle costs (LCC) are very important. In addition, an asset needs to comply with regulations (compliance). MaxGrip has a lot of experience and expertise in setting this up and getting it operational in an EAM system. MaxGrip's approach provides quick insights already during design:
- multiannual maintenance plan
- resources balancing
- material cost and management
- asset register
- expected maintenance budget
- impact and insight of regulations
- optimising new-build cost and LCC
By means of practical cases, they are happy to show how other companies have achieved this.

Admission to these lectures and ALV is exclusively for KIVI Maintenance members and is free of charge (especially partly due to our host)
