On 17 December 2024, the annual AGM of our Asset Management & Maintenance department will be held again. This time we will be welcomed at Oxand in Utrecht (Lageweide Noord). Our board member Linda Docters van Leeuwen will then step down after having participated in the board for 7.5 years.

Oxand is a well-known consultancy firm that supports contractors and clients in the infrastructure, real estate and energy markets in asset management, both in improving work processes and in providing insight into maintenance tasks. Clients include Amsterdam municipality, Maastricht municipality, RET, Rijksvastgoedbedrijf, Rijkswaterstaat, Yunex, Dura Vermeer, Heijmans, Besix and DBFM contracts such as Coentunnel and A15 A-lanes.

Serious Game: Oxand has also developed games for various clients, to simulate the challenges of asset management in a game and improve cooperation between management and project organisations. We will play one of these games after the pizza and ALV, where aging assets combined with budget constraints demand important considered decisions.

ALV: At the ALV (also open to non-members), we will take you through our plans for the coming period, report on finances and will introduce a new board member to you. Any opposing candidates can still report via email to maintenance@kivi.nl up to 2 weeks before the ALV . You are also always welcome to help us organise an activity without joining the board.
