The Department of Asset Management & Maintenance is organising a series of online sessions covering aspects in the field of technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings in 2023.
All webinars this year will deal with the central theme "Collaboration". Not surprising, but oh so important. The theme returns again and again as we follow developments in staff shortages, data-driven applications and new forms of contracts.
The sessions will be recorded in the time block from 16:30 to 18:00 so that people can watch them again via the KIVI website. The sheets will also be shared in pdf via the KIVI website. After 18:00, there will be an opportunity to talk digitally until 18:30.
We will organise the last webinar of the 2023 annual programmeon Wednesday 6 December 2023, focusing on IT cooperation.
On the basis of a practical case study at the Municipality of Amsterdam, we will explain how to deal with data in different systems such as a Facility Management Information System (FMIS) and a Property Management System.
Often, data is stored in different systems, but in this webinar, you will also be taken through links and synergy possibilities between different IT systems.
Our speakers are Daan Noordanus, contract manager Management & Maintenance at the Municipality of Amsterdam (see also Daan Noordanus | LinkedIn) and Martijn van Westerlaak, consultant at Humble Buildings (see also Martijn van Westerlaak | LinkedIn).
They will highlight the perspectives of different chain parties and share issues and solutions interactively, possibly even with a live example, with the participants of this webinar.
We expect participants to be inspired with a best practice that will show that cooperation in IT pays off!
